This is the second part of the Bermuda project
This part of the project was slightly smaller and only took up about half of the first floor but, unlike the Ground Floor, was all done for one division of the company. As you can see below, the group really maximized their space with as many cubicles as possible. In the end we were able to accommodate enough seating for 67 people, with one board room, one and a half panties, and six conference rooms.
The head executive of the floor wanted the space to be as light, airy and open as possible to really maximize the view and atmosphere of Bermuda. He wanted to stick with the same light wood that the group had in their old space and although we encouraged him to incorporate a pop of color, he really wanted to stay neutral. To help the floor stay with that open feel, we lowered the cubicle heights on this floor to 49” and shrank the overall dimensions to accommodate as many people as possible. All cubicles also have a basic lateral file and a mobile storage unit for additional seating when needed. Similar to the ground floor the cubicles are finished with a wood exterior and clean white upholstered interior.
