The Farmington project is the head quarters for one of the Fortune 500 company’s sub divisions with a head executive that had a very modern aesthetic in mind. His main objective was to give an extremely open atmosphere to his staff by incorporating glass office fronts and low panel cubicles or trader desks on the floor.
Although the overall square footage of the space is on the larger side, the final plan only ended up incorporating enough seating for 47 people. The office also contains a board room, two panties, an informal meeting lounge, and two small conference rooms.
As you can see from the finish board, this executive really likes a hard contrast. He wanted to incorporate a lot of solid white surfaces with a dark carpet and chrome accents. We also found these amazing red upholstered lounge chairs, which lead to the side chair/mobile file upholstery. Although he was very drawn to the red accents throughout the floor he chose a muted navy blue with grey undertones to work with the red for the accent color.
